First trade edition, 8vo, original boards and dust jacket. A signed presentation inscription from Lady Sackville to endpaper with additional inscription by her "This book has been chosen by the Book Society" to facing page. The Edwardians is a clear critique of the Edwardian aristocratic society as well as a reflection of the author's own childhood experiences. A very good copy with light spotting to the end papers, slight shelf-lean and spine slightly darkened. The dust jacket, is also very good with light toning to spine, spine ends and corners a little chipped with repairs to verso, light surface soiling and the extremities are a little rubbed.
